What is the NCPLH?

The BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol in licensed premises.

How much does this exam prep course cost?

This NCPLH exam prep course is £ 90. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE EXAMINATION FEE THAT MAY BE PAID TO YOUR LOCAL GOVERNING AUTHORITY.

What does the prep exam consist of?

The prep exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and you have up to 40 minutes to complete it.

How long is the course?

The e-learning course is designed to take around 5 hours to complete. This will depend on your prior experience and on how much time you allocate to complete the course (e.g. you may wish to complete the whole course in one sitting, or complete modules of the course over a period of time). When and how you learn is flexible and you can choose what suits you the best.

What must I do to setup my official exam at a testing centre after completing the course?
